Cash on Delivery Advantage: You have the right to inspect your order before making payment. Please check the product carefully in the presence of our delivery partner.

  • Confirm the product authenticity and quality

2. Refusal at Delivery

You may refuse the order at the time of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • The package appears tampered with or opened
  • Product does not match the description on our website

If you refuse the order for valid reasons, you will not be charged.

3. Returns After Delivery

3.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • Product is in its original packaging with all accessories
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear or use
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include clear photos of the product and packaging
  4. Wait for return authorization from our team
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Our courier will collect the item from your address (free pickup)

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns: Full refund processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund method: Bank transfer or Mobile Money (M-Pesa, MTN, Airtel Money)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different size (if applicable)
  • Different color or style
  • Defective or damaged items

Exchange shipping is free for defective items. For preference-based exchanges, standard delivery applies.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at RoyelleShop@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
