Our COD process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly:

No payment required at this stage!

Step 2: Order Confirmation

📧 Receive instant confirmation via email and SMS. Our team may call you to verify your order details and delivery address to ensure everything is correct.

This helps prevent fraudulent orders and ensures smooth delivery.

Step 3: We Process & Ship

📦 Your order is carefully packed in premium packaging within 24-48 hours. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email/SMS.

Step 4: Delivery & Inspection

🚚 Our courier delivers to your address (typically 3-7 business days). The courier will call you before arriving to ensure you're available.

Important: You have the right to inspect the product before payment. Check:

  • ✓ No visible damage or defects
  • ✓ All accessories included

Step 5: Pay Cash & Enjoy!

If something is wrong: You can refuse delivery without payment. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

💵 Do I Need Exact Change?

Exact cash is appreciated but not required. Our delivery partners carry change. However, for large orders, having close to the exact amount helps speed up the process.

📍 Who Can Receive the Order?

The person receiving the order should:

  • Be present at the delivery address
  • Have a valid ID (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License)
  • Have the cash payment ready
  • Be authorized to receive and pay for the order

🔄 What if I'm Not Available?

The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse. You may be charged for re-delivery if you wish to receive it again. Please ensure you're available during delivery hours.

Simply inform the courier of the issue, and you will not be charged. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund.

What if I don't have cash when delivery arrives?

If you're unable to pay at delivery, the order will be returned. You may be charged for re-delivery. Please ensure you have cash ready when expecting your order.

Can I pay with mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN, Airtel Money)?

Currently, we only accept physical cash at delivery. Mobile money is not available as a COD payment option.

What happens after I pay?

After payment, the delivery partner will provide you with an official receipt. Your order is complete! If you have any issues with the product later, contact us within 7 days for returns or exchanges.

Is my order confirmed without payment?

Yes! Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email/SMS. We process and ship your order even though you haven't paid yet – this is the trust we build with our customers.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind before delivery, contact us immediately at RoyelleShop@gmail.com. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel it. If it's already shipped, you can refuse delivery or return it within 7 days.
